From 265 to 140! I’m 41 and 5’7. 2 years ago, I thought I’d never be able to hike, not in a million years!
Two years ago, I moved from Fresno to Oakhurst, California, and was excited about all of the new activities new location afforded: hiking paths, biking trails in Yosemite and a great climate for being outdoors.
