Slimming Soup Recipe

Here’s an easy and tasty recipe for a slimming soup:

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Cut the carrots, zucchinis, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and tomato into small pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until they are golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  6. Cook the vegetables until they are soft.
  7. Add the spices and stir.
  8. Puree the soup in a blender or mash it with a fork.
  9. Serve in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
