Detox Recipes
I am sharing a few detox recipes that will help you lose weight.
- Lemon Detox Water:
- 1 liter of water
- Juice of half a lemon
- A few mint leaves
- Green Detox Smoothie:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 green apple
- A handful of spinach
- 1 cup of coconut water
- Quinoa and Vegetable Detox Salad:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Chia Seed Detox Pudding:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, etc.)
