Detox Recipes

I am sharing a few detox recipes that will help you lose weight.
  1. Lemon Detox Water:
    • 1 liter of water
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • A few mint leaves
    Instructions: Combine water and lemon juice. Add mint leaves and stir. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours and it will be ready to consume.
  2. Green Detox Smoothie:
    • 1 large cucumber
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 green apple
    • A handful of spinach
    • 1 cup of coconut water
    Instructions: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can optionally add ice. Consume immediately.
  3. Quinoa and Vegetable Detox Salad:
    • 1 cup cooked quinoa
    • 1 small cucumber, diced
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
    Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Consume immediately or refrigerate for a few hours.
  4. Chia Seed Detox Pudding:
    • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
    • Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, etc.)
    Instructions: Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and sweetener. Place the mixture in a jar and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
